Este absolvent al Universit\u0103\u021bii de arhitectur\u0103 \u0219i Urbanism \u201dIon Mincu\u201d din anul 1973. \u00cencep\u00e2nd cu 1978 a devenit cadru didactic \u00een cadrul institu\u021biei pe care a absolvit-o, parcurg\u00e2nd pe r\u00e2nd toate gradele didactice, de la asistent la profesor universitar, titlu ob\u021binut \u00een anul 2006.\r\n\r\n\u00cen anul 1999 a ob\u021binut titlul \u0219tiin\u021bific de doctor \u00een domeniul de specializare \u201durbanism\u201d, cu teza \u201dUtilizarea teritoriului urban \u0219i reglementarea \u00een urbanism\u201d.\r\n\r\nDintre realiz\u0103rile profesionale ale domnului profesor Enache amintim contribu\u021bia sa valoroas\u0103 at\u00e2t \u00een activitatea didactic\u0103, fiind decan al Facult\u0103\u021bii de Urbanism \u00een perioada 2000 \u2013 2004, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een practica profesional\u0103, de numele s\u0103u fiind legate numeroase planuri urbanistice zonale \u0219i generale \u00een Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i \u00een \u021bar\u0103.\r\n\r\nCa o recunoa\u0219tere a activit\u0103\u021bii sale didactice \u0219i de specialist de-a lungul anilor i-au fost acordate importante ordine \u0219i distinc\u021bii: Ordinul Na\u021bional \u201dPentru Merit\u201d \u00een grad de Cavaler, acordat de Pre\u0219edin\u021bia Rom\u00e2niei \u00een anul 2002, diploma \u201dIn Honoris\u201d a Prim\u0103riei municipiului Bucure\u0219ti \u00een 2012, Medalia \u201dAlexandru Ioan Cuza\u201d a Prim\u0103riei Sectorului 2, Bucure\u0219ti \u00een 2009, diploma \u201dBene Merenti\u201d a Universit\u0103\u021bii de Arhitectur\u0103 \u0219i Urbanism \u201dIon Mincu\u201d \u00een 2013 sau\u00a0 diploma de \u201dCet\u0103\u021bean de onoare al ora\u0219ului Chitila\u201d, \u00een 2017.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0MEMBRU DE ONOARE Construc\u021bii \u0219i Urbanism n. 19.11.1949 EXPERIEN\u021aA PROFESIONAL\u0102 N\u0103scut la data de 19 noiembrie, 1949 \u00een localitatea Chitila, jud.
