Parafraz\u00e2ndu-l, putem spune c\u0103 \u201ecei care au meditat asupra industriei \u0219i industrializ\u0103rii unor \u021b\u0103ri sunt convin\u0219i c\u0103 soarta acestora depinde de educa\u021bia tehnic\u0103 a tinerilor \u0219i de existen\u1e6da inginerilor\u201c.<br \/>\nExperien\u1e6da postbelic\u0103 a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 implementarea unor tehnologii moderne \u0129n \u1e6d\u0103ri lipsite de personal tehnic calificat nu a dus la dezvoltare. \u020an schimb, acolo unde s-a acordat o mare importan\u021b\u0103 form\u0103rii inginerilor \u0219i educa\u021biei, \u0129n general, economia \u021b\u0103rii a evoluat continuu. Este limpede c\u0103 o \u021bar\u0103 care nu are \u0219coala industriei este condamnat\u0103 la \u201eanalfabetism tehnic\u201c \u1e63i la stagnare economic\u0103.<br \/>\nExemple gr\u0103itoare le g\u0103sim \u0129n \u021b\u0103ri din Asia. \u020an Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan \u0219i Coreea de Sud, prin dezvoltare industrial\u0103 \u0219i investi\u021bii masive \u0129n educa\u021bie, prin reforme \u020bn \u020bnv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt \u0219i \u0129n cercetare, s-a ajuns la mari salturi economice. De exemplu, Coreea de Sud \u1e63i-a redus continuu decalajele trec\u00e2nd, relativ rapid, de la \u021bar\u0103 subdezvoltat\u0103, \u0129n curs de dezvoltare, emergent\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 la \u021bar\u0103 dezvoltat\u0103. \u020an 1960, produsul intern brut al Coreei de Sud era o zecime din cel al Rom\u00e2niei, \u0129n 1980 a ajuns egal cu acesta, iar \u0129n 1995 a devenit de zece ori mai mare dec\u00e2t al Rom\u00e2niei. Acest decalaj va cre\u0219te \u0129n defavoarea Rom\u00e2niei dac\u0103 nu se va reduce p\u00e2n\u0103 la anulare num\u0103rul de elevi afla\u1e6di sub pragul alfabetiz\u0103rii \u0219tiin\u1e6difice \u0219i tehnice. Or, pregatirea tehnic\u0103 o pot face profesorii-ingineri, iar valoarea acestora depinde de valoarea universitarilor formatori de ingineri. De aceea, la evaluarea formatorilor de ingineri trebuie s\u0103 fie considerate at\u00e2t latura inginereasc\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i cea \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103 a activit\u0103\u021bii profesionale. \u2026.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>V. Implicarea \u0129n \u0129nv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul preuniversitar<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Acordarea de premii la concursuri \u1e63i olimpiade ale elevilor<\/li>\n<li><strong> Demersuri la Ministerul Educa\u021biei \u0129n leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu preg\u0103tirea tehnologic\u0103\/tehnic\u0103 a elevilor<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>ASTR este preocupat\u0103 de educa\u021bia tinerilor \u020bn leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu tehnologia \/ tehnica \u0129n contextul epocii moderne, marcat\u0103 de urm\u0103rile revolu\u021biilor industriale. Omenirea &#8222;a intrat&#8221; \u020bn secolul XX c\u0103lare pe cal \u1e63i, datorit\u0103 evolu\u021biei tehnicii \u1e63i tehnologiilor, l-a p\u0103r\u0103sit utiz\u00e2nd avioane, navete spa\u1e6diale, trenuri de mare vitez\u0103, tractoare, submarine, nave maritime complexe, automobile autobuze, elicoptere, platforme industriale diverse \u2013 \u0129ntre care \u2013 platforme petrochimice, complexe industriale siderurgice, metalurgice, constructoare de ma\u0219ini, platforme marine pentru extrac\u021bia gazelor \u0219i petrolului, centrale termoenergetice, centrale nuclearoelectrice, industria electronic\u0103, aparate de radio, televizoare, etc. (Fig. 1)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6603 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/work.astr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/secolul-XX-300x218.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"440\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.astr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/secolul-XX-300x218.jpg 300w, https:\/\/old.astr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/secolul-XX-1024x745.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/old.astr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/secolul-XX-768x559.jpg 768w, https:\/\/old.astr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/secolul-XX-16x12.jpg 16w, https:\/\/old.astr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/secolul-XX-324x235.jpg 324w, https:\/\/old.astr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/secolul-XX-696x506.jpg 696w, https:\/\/old.astr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/secolul-XX-1068x777.jpg 1068w, https:\/\/old.astr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/secolul-XX-577x420.jpg 577w, https:\/\/old.astr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/secolul-XX.jpg 1299w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 440px) 100vw, 440px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pentru ca elevii s\u0103 fie contemporani cu mileniul \u020bn care tr\u0103iesc \u1e63i \u020bn care vor munci este util ca, \u020bn preg\u0103tirea lor, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 materiile de <em>cultur\u0103 general\u0103<\/em> (limba rom\u00e2n\u0103, limbi str\u0103ine, istorie, geografie, filozofie, etc.) \u0219i materiile de <em>cultur\u0103 \u1e63tiin\u021bific\u0103 (<\/em>matematica, fizica, chimia, biologia, etc.) s\u0103 existe \u1e63i <em>materiile de cultur\u0103 tehnic\u0103 \u0219i tehnologic\u0103<\/em> (Educa\u021bie tehnologic\u0103, Cultur\u0103 general\u0103 tehnic\u0103, Tehnologia informa\u021biei). \u0218i aceasta, deoarece civiliza\u021bia contemporan\u0103 a fost \u0219i este determinat\u0103 de marile realiz\u0103ri ale ingineriei, bazate pe rezultatele ob\u021binute \u020bn domeniul \u0219tiin\u021belor fundamentale \u0219i ale \u0219tiin\u021belor aplicate. Se impune men\u021binerea disciplinei actuale <strong>Educa\u021bie Tehnologic\u0103, <\/strong>cu c\u00e2te 1 or\u0103\/s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u00e2 la clasele V-VIII \u0219i introducerea disciplinei <strong>Cultur\u0103 Tehnic\u0103 General\u0103<\/strong>, la clasele IX \u2013 XII, cu c\u00e2te 1 or\u0103\/s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre\u1e63edintele ASTR, Valeriu V. JINESCU a ini\u021biat discu\u021biile referitoare la cele prezentate mai sus, la nivelul Ministrului Educa\u021biei, Ligia DECA, dup\u0103 care, discu\u021biile privind introducerea disciplinei \u2013 Cultur\u0103 tehnic\u0103 general\u0103 &#8211; \u020bn programa de \u020bnv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt din licee, au fost detaliate \u020bntr-o prim\u0103 etap\u0103, cu Directorul General Marian \u0218U\u0162\u0102.<\/li>\n<li>Expunere de motive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Viitorul unei \u021b\u0103ri sau a unei comunit\u0103\u021bi depinde \u2013 \u020bn primul r\u00e2nd \u2013 de nivelul de preg\u0103tire al resursei umane, de preg\u0103tirea acesteia \u020bn concordan\u1e6d\u0103 cu particularit\u0103\u021bile epocii \u020bn care tr\u0103ie\u0219te. Tehnica modern\u0103 a produs <em>revolu\u021biile industriale<\/em> ale c\u0103ror consecin\u021be se constat\u0103 \u020bn evolu\u021bia societ\u0103\u021bii contemporane. Lumea modern\u0103 este guvernat\u0103 de tehnic\u0103. Secolul XXI, este, prin excelen\u021b\u0103, un secol al tehnologiilor, specifice multiplelor domenii de activitate care-l caracterizeaz\u0103 \u0219i care individualizeaz\u0103 numeroase tresee profesionale. Alegerea unui anumit traseu (orientare profesional\u0103) presupune cunoa\u0219terea traseelor profesionale posibile \u020bn contextul societ\u0103\u021bii contemporane, cu proiec\u021bie spre viitor. Totodat\u0103, elevii \u020b\u0219i vor \u020bnsu\u0219i un limbaj tehnic adecvat, care-i va ajuta s\u0103 se exprime corespunz\u0103tor, \u020bndeosebi pe cei care vor \u020bmbr\u0103\u021bi\u1e63a profesii nelegate de tehnic\u0103, precum litera\u021bi, istorici, filozofi, sociologi etc.<\/p>\n<p>Aceasta, este posibil numai \u020bn cuprinsul unor discipline adecvate de cultur\u0103 tehnologic\u0103 \/ tehnic\u0103, precum <strong>Educa\u021bie Tehnologic\u0103 <\/strong>predat\u0103\u00a0 \u020bn Gimnaziu \u1e63i a unei discipline intitulat\u0103 <strong>Cultur\u0103 Tehnic\u0103 General\u0103<\/strong> care s\u0103 fie introdus\u0103 \u020bn programa din liceu (real, tehnologic, umanist). La Gimnaziu \u2013 \u00a0\u020bn prezent \u2013 disciplina Educa\u021bie Tehnologic\u0103 pune accent pe aplica\u021bii relativ simple \u1e63i stimuleaz\u0103 lucrul \u020bn echip\u0103 pentru o anumit\u0103 realizare practic\u0103. La Liceu vor fi analizate bazele teoretice fundamentale ale diverselor domenii tehnice, \u020bnso\u021bite de exemple practice specifice, care s\u0103 permit\u0103 \u020bn\u021belegerea utilit\u0103\u021bii marii diversit\u0103\u021bi de ma\u0219ini, aparate, echipamente, instala\u021bii etc., existente. Acestea vor putea <em>stimula latura creativ\u0103, inovatoare a elevilor<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>O asemenea abordare corespunde educa\u021biei STEAM \u00a0(Science\u00a0\u00a0 (Science+Technology+Engineering+Arts+Mathematics).<\/p>\n<p>Prin Educa\u021bie Tehnologic\u0103 \u1e63i Educa\u021bie Tehnic\u0103 elevul devine contemporan cu specificul \u0219i cu particularit\u0103\u021bile secolului \u020bn care tr\u0103ie\u0219te.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0103 ne amintim c\u0103 Spiru Haret, ministrul care a <em>reformat sistemul educa\u021bional rom\u00e2nesc<\/em>, \u020bnc\u0103 de la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul secolului al XIX \u2013lea \u0219i-a dat seama de necesitatea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor\u00a0 tehnologice ale elevilor \u0219i a prev\u0103zut \u020bn programele \u0219colare \u201e<em>alc\u0103tuirea c\u0103ru<\/em><em>\u021bei, mijlocul de transport din vremea aceea, func\u021bionarea \u0219i repararea acesteia etc<\/em>\u2026. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Concluzia survine de la sine. \u020an programele de \u020bnv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt de la Gimnaziu trebuie p\u0103strat\u0103 disciplina <strong>Educa\u021bie Tehnologic\u0103<\/strong>, cu 1 or\u0103\/s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 la clasele V-VIII, iar la Liceu, propunem s\u0103 fie introdus\u0103 disciplina <strong>Cultur\u0103 Tehnic\u0103 General\u0103 <\/strong>cu 1 or\u0103\/s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 la clasele IX-XII. F\u0103r\u0103 aceste discipline cu caracter tehnnic, interdisciplinar, preg\u0103tirea pentru via\u021b\u0103 a elevilor secolului XXI, va fi \u201e\u1e63chioap\u0103\u201d. Va prolifera \u201eanalfabetismul tehnic\u201d \u0219i se va \u020bnmul\u021bi num\u0103rul\u00a0 \u201eanalfabe\u021bilor func\u021bionali\u201d.
